Part A
The cheese stands alone was
a play (musical) my little sister was in. Her kinder garden class did a remake of the farmer in the dell. it was about a cheese
standing up for what you believe in. cheesy a mouse tries to be friends with a rat named Mr. Rat who doesn’t like that
idea. Cheesy is feeling low and depressed about it all until his other friends the cheeses of the world cheer him up. The
theme was to believe in your self and the meaning of friendship. I feel the scenery could have been a little bit better, but
this is kinder gardeners and over all they were awesome the did a great job remembering their lines and the singing was great
and it had comedy too.
Part c
We did
some great performances in class. One of which being that we did a radio skit. In this radio skit I had a fairly decent role.
I was told by the other participates that I did a great job. I thought I did rather well. The wording was a little confusing
but then I got it down and pat. I had to mix the wording in with a British accent. This was a boy that was wealthy. Another
performance that we did during the class was a lip sinking activity. Lip sinking is were you sing a song by just moving your
lips without actually making the sounds. I was pleased with my performance because at first I wasn’t even going to do
it. However, I did spend some great time on it, trying to memorize the lyrics. Though
my classmates did it so I felt that I should so I did and I have a fear of standing up in front people while being serious.
While I was up there I noticed I paused a few times and stood a round a little longer then I should have. Over all I think
I did rather well. I could have improved a few things like I could have practiced the moves for the dance a little more or
I could have practiced in front of people a little bit before performing. If
I were to practice in front of people a little more I probably wouldn’t have been so still and paused so many times.
The dance I had put together quickly and had not practiced it so that was a minor problem. Thought all together it worked
out pretty well and all for the best.
